Emery Halil and Brown (EHB) was founded in 2002 by partners Philip Emery, Canel Halil and Michael Michael.
The aim of the founding Partners was to establish a specialised criminal law defence practice that would be recognised as providing a highly experienced and professional service.
The Partners have between them over 50 years of criminal law experience. They are ably supported by Assistant Solicitors, Higher Court Advocates, in house Counsel and support staff who have been handpicked to ensure that the firm ethos of integrity and professionalism is maintained and the quality of service is exceptional.
TS Law Limited a criminal defence practice formed in 2003. One of the founding directors Manjit Tesse helped very quickly to establish the practice as a leading practice servicing the Maidstone, Medway Towns and Ashford areas.
The Practice concentrated on and specialised in criminal defence work and it provides the county of Kent with high quality expert advice and representation.
In 2011 the partners of EHB together with TS Law amalgamated to form a practice which delivers a professional, experienced high end service in the area of criminal defence work to the whole of the south east and beyond.
A large South East Practice, EHB offers comprehensive representation in the criminal defence field from Police Station representation through to all stages of defence work in the criminal courts, undertaking every aspect of criminal law from serious organised crime, murder and white collar financial crime, to general crime, road traffic offences and Court of Appeal work.
